Job Status in the WP Job Portal!

Job Status

From your Admin Dashboard, go to Dashboard Menu → Job Status. This page displays a list of all job statuses defined in the system, such as Sourcing, Interviewing, and Closing to New Applicants. Users can apply these statuses to provide detailed information about jobs.

Admins can filter job statuses by title or status (published, unpublished), showing only those that meet the criteria. At the top left, action buttons allow for publishing, unpublishing, or deleting single or multiple job statuses (using checkboxes).

• Ordering: Controls the sequence of job statuses in the combo box.
• Default: Sets the default job status selected on forms.
• Publish Status: Controls whether the job status is visible in the combo box.

Additionally, there’s an option to Add New Job Status at the top right of the page.

Adjust Job Status Order

You can adjust the order of job statuses on the job form, determining their sequence in the combo box. After changing the field order and saving it, the job form will reflect your preferred ordering.
