Configure Count In Jobs By Categories

To configure the visibility of job counts by category, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Admin Dashboard: Access your admin panel.
  2. Go to Configurations: Click on the Dashboard Menu and select Configurations.
  3. Select Jobseeker Configurations: Under configurations, choose Jobseeker Configurations.
  4. Access General Settings: Click on General Settings.

Configure Job Count Visibility:

  • Jobs by Categories Count:
    • If set to No, the job count will not be displayed in the jobs by categories section.
    • If set to Yes, the job count will be visible in jobs by categories.

Ensure you save your changes to apply the settings effectively.

To view the jobs categorized by different criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Jobseeker Dashboard: Log in to your Jobseeker account.
  2. Select Jobs By Categories: From the dashboard, click on Jobs By Categories.

Overview of Job Categories:

  • Jobs are organized into various categories to assist job seekers in finding relevant opportunities.
  • Common categories include:
    • Accounting/Finance
    • Engineering
    • Computer/IT
    • And many more.

These categories enable job seekers to streamline their search and focus on positions that match their skills and career objectives.

The Jobs By Categories page displays a list of job categories along with the number of available jobs in each category. Here’s a summary of the information:

Job Categories Overview:

  • Computer/IT:
    • Total Jobs: 5
    • Subcategories: Currently, there are no jobs listed under these subcategories.

Additional Features:

  • A Show More button is available at the bottom to view more job categories or details as needed.

This setup allows job seekers to easily identify categories with job opportunities and explore subcategories that may align with their career interests.

When the user clicks the Show More button, a pop-up will appear displaying all the subcategories related to the selected job category. Each subcategory in the pop-up will function similarly to the main category, allowing users to:

  • View Available Jobs: Each subcategory will display the number of available jobs.
  • Apply Filters: Users can filter jobs within that specific subcategory.
  • Access Job Details: Clicking on a subcategory will lead to a list of jobs within that category.

This functionality enhances user experience by providing a more detailed exploration of job opportunities in a clear and organized manner.
